What you will do
Work in a flat structure and complex environment with strong transfer of knowledge and expertise from team to team and from individual to individual. Every day is like no other. You will work on bottom up company and industry research, contribute to financial modelling, and build and maintain valuation files. You could help prepare investment memoranda, you can participate in team discussions and selected client meetings, you can join our internal meetings or be invited to join business meetings, giving you direct exposure to how ideas become positions in the portfolio.
How you will develop
You will be immersed in the full investment process, receiving structured feedback, mentoring and regular contact with senior team members. The programme is designed to accelerate your business and technical skills, your judgement as an investor and your ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly.
We look for candidates who demonstrate:
- Top tier academic performance and strong intellectual rigour.
- Evidence of excellence beyond academics, such as Olympiads, high level sport, entrepreneurial projects, or meaningful leadership roles.
- A clear, demonstrable interest in financial markets, whether through personal investing, stock pitches, investment societies, or research projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence in working with numbers, logical reasoning, and independent research.
- Strong work ethic, happy to embrace a steep learning curve, inquisitive mind, thinking outside the box, strong communicator.
We review applications on a rolling basis for live roles. Shortlisted candidates will complete a couple of assignments, including a practical investment exercise, followed by interviews with members of the investment team and senior management.
